Not sure that you can even call these homemade cookies when they start with a cake box mix and have as few as 4 ingredients! The most simple cookies I’ve ever made, outside of Nestle Toll House break n bake. And what I love about these is you can use this same recipe using any boxed cake mix. The possibilities are endless!
Strawberry Cake Cookies
strawberry cake mix
1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
Optional: Brach’s Conversation Heart Candies
Mix together all ingredients. Make little balls with the dough (I love my cookie scoop for this.) and set on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake approximately 10 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
It’s as simple as that! And they really are so delicious. When almost finished baking, I added a Brach’s conversation heart to the tops of each. I think a few of these bagged up would be a precious little giftie.
