Fall Chex Mix

It’s no surprise we love “family night” as my kids like to call it.  In their minds, that basically means staying home with no after school activity or place to be.  Haha!  Momma does too!  Now that we have started our puzzle traditions throughout the holidays, they will get off the bus and ask if we can have a “puzzle night”.  I just love that!  So, for puzzle night recently, I decided we needed a big bowl of fall inspired chex mix.  Doesn’t that sound so yummy!?  Who doesn’t love a good chex mix? My family prefers a salty sweet combination.  Here’s what I came up with.

Peanut Butter Chex Cereal

Chocolate Chex Cereal

Gardetto’s Original Recipe Mix

Muddy Buddies

Candy Corn

Candy Corn Pumpkins

Orange M&Ms I found left over from Easter. Haha!

Peanuts

So there’s zero baking. It’s all just buying ingredients, dumping and mixing.  I love to serve them in fun little cupcake cups.  These are the kind made out of cardboard and more sturdy than the thin paper kind.  I typically find mine at Homegoods.  These are the most perfect little individual serving size.

Wouldn’t these be adorable to pass out to neighbors, co-workers, small group friends, teachers, etc. I did this a couple ways to show you. These clear cups with lids from Amazon are great for so many things.  You may remember how I recently made individual servings of banana pudding in them.  Add an adorable tag to the top or the side and it’s over-the-top adorable!

I also added some to the little chinese boxes you can find at Hobby Lobby.  Too, too cute!  These make adorable little gifties!  Meeting some friends for lunch soon?  Wouldn’t it be fun showing up with these to pass out?  Having a fall play date or friends over for dinner soon?  What if you make some for them to take home? Putting in a mason jar is an idea too!

If you would like this tag for all your Fall gifts, they are available for a $5 download.  You can print as many as you would like and have to reuse every year!  Have a great week!

    1. Hey Rebecca! I am not on Twitter. I started an account and just decided I wanted to focus on one social media outlet. Haha! I am working with someone to add a direct link for the tags to my blog, but until then you can just email me and I’ll shoot over info if you ever need some tags. Thanks girl!
