Whip It Up Wednesday: Valentine Cheesecake Shooters

Happy Whip It Up Wednesday!  Cheesecake is one of my most favorite desserts!  I just really love the richness and creaminess of it so much.  Baking an actual cheesecake can be tricky because you have to do that whole “water bath” baking deal, but this recipe is not that involved.  In fact, there’s barely any involvement. Haha!  I would say that even your kiddos could whip up these little shooters.

With most recipes, I attach a PDF file at the bottom for you to print.  This recipe is so simple and so few ingredients that I am just going to share the recipe and process here.

Valentine Cheesecake Shooters

1 package graham crackers

2 blocks of cream cheese

1 can sweetened condensed milk

cherry or strawberry pie filling

Optional:  slivered almonds and sprinkles

Crush your package of graham crackers.  I did this in a ziplock bag.  (see pic below) Mix together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.  (I used my mixer.) Then simply layer your crushed crackers, cream cheese filling, cherries and optional toppings.

That’s it, my friends!  No baking involved and super quick!  These would be the perfect addition to your special Valentine’s table and dessert for your loved ones.  These would make adorable little “shooters” in a mini version, as well.  You could also put it in plastic clear cups and take to a church small group or party.  So many options and adorable!

Thank you to everyone again for being here and for your support.  If you have not signed up for email alerts, I would love it if you would consider doing so.  Also, if you use the Valentine’s tags I posted yesterday, it would make my day to see pictures!  Have the BEST day! Hugs to all.

    1. I guess I should have included that! I’m so sorry!! This made 6 large (in my opinion) servings for us. So, it just depends on what size cups you are using. Hope this helps. Have a great night!
