New Years Eve Ideas for Kids

On Saturday I shared our plan for New Years Eve night.  It will be very low-key and relaxing, as well as FUN and festive!  It will also be the one night a year my kids are allowed to stay up until midnight, which is a big deal to them!  They are really looking forward to it and I thought it would be fun to have a couple “fancy” treats for them.

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen these sparkling apple ciders that I found at The Dollar Tree.  I just tied a bow and party blower on them to make it a bit more festive.  Anything different is always fun for them!  It doesn’t take much at all.

And here, I just took Nutty Buddies by Little Debbie and dipped in white chocolate almond bark I had left over from Christmas goodies and threw sprinkles on top.  No baking at all.  Just using what I had and putting sprinkles on anything always brings smiles.  You could also just lay a cookie on top.  These plastic cups  I found at The Dollar Tree as well and just filled with milk.  I say it allll the time, but you will be surprised at the fun things you can find there.  It really is my little happy spot.  Lol!

I hope these ideas will help you and if you use them, I would love to hear about it and see pictures!  It’s always fun to get pictures from you guys.  Have the best day, friends!
